01 Introduction & Applicability
Welcome to gt99 bed. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to gt99 bed's website, mobile app, and all other services. By registering or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in full.
These terms and conditions apply to all registered and prospective members residing in Bangladesh. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using gt99 bed. In the event of any dispute, the Bangla version of these terms and conditions shall be considered the final and authoritative reference.
These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026. In the event of any conflict with a previous version, this version shall prevail.
02 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account and use our services on gt99 bed, the following conditions must be met:
- Age restriction: You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
- One account per person: Only one gt99 bed account is permitted per person, household, IP address, or device.
- Accurate information: The name, address, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be completely accurate.
- Update information: Any changes to your information must be reported to gt99 bed support without delay.
- Geo-restrictions: gt99 bed is not available to users accessing the platform from countries where online betting is prohibited by law.
Account Security
Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, immediately support@gt99bed.comto report it. gt99 bed is not liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login credentials.
03 Identity Verification (KYC)
Gt99 bed complies with international anti-money laundering regulations and therefore verifies member identities in certain circumstances. You may be asked to submit one of the following documents:

Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete. Once documents are submitted, verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.
04 Betting Rules & Conditions
The following rules must be observed when betting on gt99 bed. They apply to all Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games.
Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless gt99 bed voids it due to a technical error.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will generally be voided and the stake returned.
- Gt99 bed reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous.
Maximum & minimum bet limits
- Minimum Bet: ৳10 (Ten BDT)
- Maximum Single Bet: Varies by game type and market — specific details are available on the relevant betting page.
- Maximum winnings per single event: Single-event payouts are capped at ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT).
Odds in live betting change rapidly. The final odds may differ from those displayed when placing the bet. The odds confirmed at the time of final confirmation will apply.
05 Payment & Withdrawal Policy
Gt99 bed supports Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Deposit
- Minimum Deposit: ৳500
- Deposits are generally credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
- Only bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts registered in your own name may be used.
- Third-party payments will not be accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawal
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour. Bank holidays or additional verification requirements may cause delays.
- Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals of more than ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
gt99 bed is committed to preventing money laundering. Additional information may be requested for suspicious transactions, and those transactions may be temporarily placed on hold.
06 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Gt99 bed offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.
General Bonus Rules
- Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses require a specified number of bets to be placed before withdrawal (typically 10x to 30x).
- Validity: Each bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
- Single use: The welcome bonus is available to each member once only. Any attempt to claim the bonus through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
- Game type restrictions: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games or sports — this will be clearly stated in the bonus details.
- Maximum bet limit: When betting with bonus balance, the maximum stake per bet is generally ৳500.
Reasons for bonus cancellation
- For violating bonus terms.
- A single member operating more than one account.
- Deliberately attempting to exploit the bonus system (e.g., arbitrage betting).
- Once the validity period has expired.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gt99 bed platform. Violations may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:
- Multiple accounts: Operating multiple accounts under a single identity.
- False Identity: Opening an account under someone else's name or with false information.
- Match fixing: Illegally influencing the outcome of a game or match.
- Bots & automation: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
- System Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
- Money laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Third-party payments: Deposits or withdrawals made using an account not registered in your own name.
08 Privacy & Data Protection

09 Account Closure & Suspension
Closed by Member
You can request account closure through support at any time. Please withdraw your balance before submitting the request. Any active bonuses will be cancelled upon closure.

Gt99 bed may suspend or close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If identity verification has not been completed.
- If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
- By order of a court or regulatory authority.
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, all bonuses and winnings derived from bonuses will be forfeited. However, the member may still be entitled to a refund of their original deposit amount, subject to verification.
10 Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please contact the gt99 bed support team first. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours.
- Step One: Notify our support team via live chat or email.
- Step Two: If unresolved, submit a complaint to gt99 bed's Compliance department.
- Step Three: If both parties agree, disputes will be resolved through a neutral mediator.
In the event of a dispute over betting results, gt99 bed's server logs will serve as the definitive record. All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant incident.
11 Responsible Gaming
Gt99 bed believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.
- Deposit Limit: To manage your spending, set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings.
- Self-Exclusion: You can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months, as needed.
- Permanent exclusion: If you feel you are developing a gaming addiction, you can request permanent closure of your account.
